This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to

issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to restore the electricity which was cutoff on 12.11.2025 by acting upon the petitioner’s requisitions

dated 12.11.2025 and 18.11.2025 respectively.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to

restore the electricity connection.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the electricity connection has now been restored. Hence , nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
