PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, callling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension made in Na.Ka.No.880/2025/E(1) dated 06.10.2025 by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, reinstate the petitioner into service

with all consequential benefits including full pay and allowances for the period of suspension.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of suspension dated 06.10.2025 by the first respondent and consequently,
