PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification in Water Connection. As.No. 616/Rs.600 dated 04.11.2025 sent by the 4^th Respondent and quash the same

as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to provide water connection to the Petitioner's house bearing Door Nos.1-86, 1-86-1, South Mada Street, Veerakeralamputhur Village, Keelapavoor Panchayat, Tenkasi District, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025, within the time limit fixed by this Court.
