Prayer:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary action

connection with CSR No.714 of 2025 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2025 and conclude the enquiry in connection with CSR No.

714 of 2025 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's complaint was taken on file and enquiry was conducted. Further, the petitioner has submitted a letter written with his own hand that the enquiry may not proceed further and the same may be closed.

3.However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was forced to give such a letter. Therefore, the closure report submitted by the official respondents is set aside. The official respondents are directed to take the proceed in accordance to law.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
