ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.963 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, which was filed for the offences under Sections 294(b) and

352 of IPC.

2. The gist of the allegations in the final report is that on

03.03.2015, at about 07.30 pm., the defacto complainant came to his native place to attend the Kaliamman Temple Festival. On the same day, at about 10.00 p.m., due to property dispute, the petitioner and other accused persons ab
