ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned Charge Sheet in C.C. No. 1549 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, which was filed for the offences under Sections 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The gist of the allegations in the final report is that the petitioner is the brother of the defacto complainant's wife. Due to matrimonial dispute, on 10.11.2019, the petitioner and other accused approached the defacto complainant, placed their hands on his shoulders and forcibly took him towards the Karuvanu
