ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for violating the order dated 23.01.2024 made in W.P.No.23945 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order passed in the Writ Petition has been complied by considering the representation of the petitioner and the order has also been served on the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledge the same.

4. Since the order passed in the Writ Petition has been complied, further action is dropped in this contempt petition. It is up to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if he is so advised.

5. Recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
