ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1^st and 2^nd respondents to

conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.11.2025.

2. This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, after dispensing with the notice on the private respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is engaged in painting works and has three daughters. In 2020, he came across a newspaper advertisement regarding a job opportunity offered by one Mahalingam. He subsequently met him, and Mahalingam informed him that a private job was available in Aadi Global Private Limited. To secure the job, Mahalingam demanded a sum of Rs.50,000/-, which the petitioner paid, believing his representations.

After six months, Mahalingam introduced the 3^rd respondent to the petitioner, stating that he was an influential person who could arrange a Central Government job, demanding Rs.3,00,000/- as an initial amount. Believing the same, the petitioner paid a total sum of Rs.8,00,000/- to the 3^rd respondent. 5. Further, the 3^rd respondent informed the petitioner that there were additional vacancies and requested him to introduce his relatives and friends who were interested in Central Government jobs. Believing this, the petitioner introduced 13 persons between 18.06.2021 and 31.12.2022, and the 3^rd respondent collected a total sum of Rs.1,62,10,876/- from them.

After it came to light that the appointment orders received by them were fake and forged, it was discovered that the 3^rd respondent is involved in a job scam and several criminal cases had already been registered against him. In this regard, a complaint was lodged before the 1^st and 2^nd respondents on 19.11.2025. However, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present petition.

7. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that they have not received any complaint in this regard.

8. Heard the learned counsel on either side, and have perused the materials available on record.

9. Without going into the merits of this case, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint before the 1^st and 2^nd respondents. On receipt of the same, the 1^st and 2^nd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and deal with in accordance with law and conclude the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

10. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
