PRAYER in WP No. 14325 of 2023; This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the election notification dated 22.04.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent in the website of AKFI, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to follow the guidelines of NSDCI, 2011 and the judgments rendered by the Honble High Court of Madras in W.A. No. 1202/2022 dated 26.04.2022 and also the judgment rendered by this Honble High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) dated 8915/2019 dated 10.02.2023.

No 8915 of 2019 by High Court of Delhi and W.A. No 1202 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022 by Honble High Court Madras in Consonance with NSDCI, 2022.
