No.986/1986, 5) Patta Pass Book in the name of D.Renugopal, 6) Chitta bearing Patta Nos.305 and 326, 7) Chitta bearing Patta Nos.45 and 46, 8) Encumbrance Certificate dated 19.04.2009 for a period of
22 years from 01.01.1987 to 19.04.2009.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to return the original title documents submitted by the petitioner along with the MOD dated 22.07.2009 viz., 1) Original Sale Deed dated 30.11.1987 Doc. No.1433/1987 2) Original Sale Deed dated 29.10.1999, Doc. No.925/1999, 3) Original Sale Deed dated 03.11.1993, Doc. No.808/1993, 4) Original Sale Deed dated 25.07.1986, Doc. No.986/1986, 5) Patta Pass Book in the name of D.Renugopal, 6) Chitta bearing Patta Nos.305 and 326, 7) Chitta bearing Patta Nos.45 and 46, 8) Encumbrance Certificate dated 19.04.2009 for a period of
22 years from 01.01.1987 to 19.04.2009.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and her husband D.Renugopal had availed loan with the third respondent and also repaid the same and the third respondent also issued letter for closing of the loan account. The petitioner’s husband died on 20.10.2019 and after his death, the petitioner and her sons made representation to the third respondent seeking to return the abovesaid original documents, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to return the abovesaid original documents to the petitioner.
3.In view of the above, this Court directs the third respondent to return the abovesaid original documents to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the petitioner has paid the entire loan amount.
4.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
