praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to CALL FOR the RECORDS connected with the proceedings issued in no RC no. 5273/2004 no. Rc. 5275/2004 dated 18.01.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd

respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.
