This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Letter No. LA3 (5)/20793/2016 dated 14.05.2022 issued by the 2^nd respondent and seeking to direct the respondents to withdraw the acquisition proceedings and reconvey the land which was acquired by the respondents bearing Survey no.530/1A to an extent of 1.95 acres of Ambattur village, Chennai District owned by the petitioners as done in S.No.531.
