The above Writ Petitions are filed challenging the respective impugned orders passed by the respondents therein declaring the petitioners as willful defaulters by the Wilful Defaulter Screening Committee.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the parties that, during the pendency of the Writ Petitions, the Review Committee had dropped the proceedings against the petitioners and therefore, the petitioners are no longer willful defaulters.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
