PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Declaration, declaring that the denial of employment to the petitioner as part time Sweeper in Serambadi Branch Library in Nilgiris District from 21.07.2022 by the respondents as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages and all other attendant benefits as provided in G.O.385, Finance Department dated 01.10.2010

and the subsequent revisions as issued by the Tamil Nadu Government.
