ORDER

The writ petition is directed against refusal check slip dated

01.11.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received Form-1 in relation to proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (the Indian Stamp Act) after the writ petition was instituted.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent. He submits that it is open to the petitioner to reply to the Form-1 notice and raise objections, if any. He seeks three months time to complete the process.

4. By taking note of the above developments, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to conclude proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that it is open to the petitioner to raise all objections in relation thereto. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
