The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a
lady. The petitioner was convicted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act in STC No.12 of 2024 on the file of Fast Track
Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. The petitioner had filed an appeal in CA No.634 of 2025 and an application in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025 before the V Additional (TADA) City Civil and Sessions Judge, Chennai.
