The petitioner/accused in C.C.No.272 of 2008 was convicted by the trial Court by the judgment dated 15.09.2017 for offences under Sections 279 , 337, 338, 304(A) of I.P.C. r/w Section 184 of Motor Vehicles Act (in short ‘MV Act’) and sentenced to undergo one month simple imprisonment for the offence under Section 279 of I.P.C., sentenced to undergo one month simple imprisonment for the offence under Section 337 of I.P.C., sentenced to undergo three months simple imprisonment for the offence under Section 338 of I.P.C., sentenced to undergo two years simple imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.9,000/-, in default, to undergo three months simple imprisonment for offence under Section 304 (A) of I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo one month s
