Writ Petition (Crl.) filed under Art. 226 of Constitution of India, seeking

to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and conduct a proper enquiry and

also take necessary action.

ORDER

This Writ Petition (Crl.) has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st

respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and

conduct a proper enquiry and also to take necessary action.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned

Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents would submit that the

petitioner had earlier sent a similar representation on 13.11.2025, based on which, an enquiry was initiated in CSR.No.51 of 2025. However, since the petitioner did not cooperate in the enquiry, the enquiry in CSR No. 51 of 2025 was closed. He would further submit that if the petitioner cooperates, due enquiry would be conducted on his representation dated 26.11.2025 and it will be concluded within a period of six weeks.

3. Recording the undertaking given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner’s representation dated 26.11.2025 and conclude the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
