The revision petitioner is the 4^th plaintiff in O.S.No.170 of 2012 on the

file of the Subordinate Court, Mettur. The plaintiffs, including the revision petitioner filed the said suit for partition and separate possession. In the said

suit, preliminary decree was passed and subsequently final decree was also passed as early as on 25.06.2014. The revision petitioner’s father was allotted 1/5th share in the final decree.
