This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to forthwith return the petitioner's original Driving License No.TN-01-19970007677 to him.

2.The petitioner is a Driver of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Kumbakonam) Limited and the vehicle driven by the petitioner met with an accident on 06.12.2025.
