ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 08.01.2025 made in W.P(MD) No.27248 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the authorities to approve the appointment of the fifth respondent with effect from the date of initial appointment.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the fourth respondent in the writ petition has issued proceedings dated 05.01.2026, granting approval from the date of initial appointment.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
