Without impleading the owner of the building, who is alleged to have made illegal construction, this petition has been filed by the petitioner, who claims to be a resident of one accommodation of the same lane.

2. Petition is vague and cannot be taken cognizance of. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
