This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.35/Melur PS/2025, dated 12.12.2025 passed by the 4^th respondent, quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and provide necessary police protection to conduct the traditional “Kida Muttu” festival on 10.01.2025 at Sunnambur, near Periya Ayyan Kovil, Poovanthi Post, Melur, Madurai District.
