O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to complete enquiry pending in PP/g[spaq;Fo/4/2025 (Receipt No.3773/2025) based on petitioner's representation dated
19.09.2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is hereby dispensed with.
4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the present case he has filed a protest petition protesting not to register the document presented by the respondents 3 and 4 in favour of the fifth respondent. Since the said petition is pending consideration, he has filed the present Writ Petition.
5.However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that due notice will be issued and after hearing the petitioner only, the Sub-
Registrar will take a decision.
6.Considering the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the protest petition of the petitioner dated 19.09.2025, providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 as well as any other persons interested in the subject matter, hear them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three [3] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
