Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.16184 of 2023: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to grant any temporary or permanent job based on the disability of the petitioner (70%) for which a mercy petition was given by the petitioner dated 10.06.2023 to the 1, 2, 4 and 5th respondents and furthermore directing the 7th and 8th respondents to reserve and allot one job to the petitioner for the post of Fasal Bima Assistant before the 7th respondent office by considering the representation of the petitioner on 24.06.2023 since the petitioner comes under protection of Sec. 34 of RPWD Act, 2016.

COMMON ORDER
The petitioners are differently abled persons. They have been engaged as Block Resource Persons in the Social Audit Society of India on contract basis. Thereafter, their contract period has not been extended. Therefore, they have submitted representations to the respondents and also approached this Court by way of filing these writ petitions.
2. When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that the contract period has now been extended and therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions.
3. Recording the said submission, all the writ petitions are closed.
No costs.
