This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents not to register any document in respect of petitioner's Uzhavadai land situated in Survey No. 21/6, 4/11A1, 4/8B, 21/2 and 4/7A in Patta No. 59 and 18 based on the petitioner's representation dated
