The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.22877 of 2025 had been filed to quash the impugned order, dated 27.06.2025 issued by the second respondent. 2.The Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.30410 of 2025 had been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the third respondent dated 23.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.145/2025 and consequently to direct the respondents to settle the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner towards her 32 years of service from 24.08.1993 to 30.06.2025 with relevant interest for the belated payment and further to direct the respondents to pay pension from the month of July 2025 and pay salary for the services rendered by the petitioner during the re-

employment period from 01.07.2025 to 30.08.2025 within a stipulated period.

3. Heard Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.No.22877 of 2025 and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.No.30410 of 2025 and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

4. The impugned order in W.P.(MD).No.22877 of 2025 is an order that was issued re-employing the petitioner in W.P.(MD).No.30410 of 2025, which came to be passed on 27.06.2025. Pending the said Writ Petition, by an order dated 01.09.2025, the order impugned herein had been withdrawn on the ground that there has been an order of interim stay granted by this Court. As the Teacher who was re-employed had subsequently filed W.P.(MD).No.30410 of 2025, seeking to settle all retirement benefits including the pension and also restricted her claim for the salary for the services rendered during the re-employment period namely 01.07.2025 to 30.08.2025 without making any further claim for the subsequent periods in a Writ Petition filed in the month of October 2025, this Court would only come to the conclusion that the Teacher had acq
