Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has submitted an application seeking time to carry out necessary rectifications, the application has not been considered till date.

3. Learned State counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that any pending application for further extension of time to carry out rectifications shall be considered and appropriate decision thereon shall be taken within two weeks.

4. Placing on record the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
