O R D E R

The Review Application has been instituted to review the order of this Court dated 11.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.3691 of 2020.

2. This Court directed the petitioner Association to submit a representation along with the list of members to the Bar Council to re- consider the earlier decision taken by the Bar Council. The present Review Application is filed only on the ground that the Bar Council is asking the members to submit Certificate of Practice.

3. All the procedural aspects are to be followed by the Bar Council while taking a final decision. If at all any grievance exists during the said period, the petitioner has to approach the Bar Council. That apart, the grounds raised in the present Review Application is falling beyond the realm of the review jurisdiction. Thus, we are not inclined to entertain the Review Application.

4. Consequently, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
