ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to pay the petitioner interest for the belated payment of his terminal benefits, namely, PF, Gratuity and Earned Leave salary at the rate of 18% per annum within a specified time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.
