O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9203 of 2018.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that this Court vide its order dated 09.11.2023 directed the respondents to regularize the petitioner’s service with effect from 25.08.2015 and also to issue monetary benefits to the petitioner. Pursuant to which, the respondents have regularized the petitioner’s service on 16.12.2025 and also paid the monetary benefits, vide order dated 29.12.2025.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
