PRAYER:-Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court rendered in W.P.No. 28713 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

ORDER
It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order dated 01.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.28713 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with by passing the final order on 31.10.2023 itself. However, she would submit that the said order was not communicated to the petitioner immediately. According to her, the order dated 31.10.2023 was communicated to the petitioner only on 11.11.2025. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate on instruction is recorded.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31.10.2023 passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law and at the same time this Court may record the fact that the order dated 31.10.2023 was communicated to the petitioner only on 11.11.2025.
3.A dispense with petition has also been filed seeking to dispense with the appearance of the contemnor. As seen from the same, since the contemnor is not in station, a prayer has been sought for to dispense with his appearance.
4.The order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition is complied with. The sub-application filed seeking to dispense with the personal appearance is allowed as prayed for and the presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this contempt petition is closed since the order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with. However, it is recorded that the petitioner had received the order dated 31.10.2023, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition only on 11.11.2025. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the said order if so advised, in the manner known to the petitioner in law.
