This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.24608 of 2025dated 04.11.2025 has not been complied with.
2.Today(09.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by referring to the proceedings of the Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services, dated 31.12.2025 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings is also placed before this Court.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
