O R D E R

When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the District Mediation Centre, Coimbatore and Mediation Settlement Agreement was signed by all the parties on

11.12.2025.

2. The mediation report forwarded by the District Mediation Centre, Coimbatore makes it clear that mediation has been completed and agreement has been reached between the parties. The Mediation Settlement Agreement duly signed by all the parties to the revision is also enclosed along with the mediation report.

3. In view of the consensus among the counsel for either side regarding the settlement of dispute in mediation, the civil revision petition is disposed of by recording the Mediation Settlement Agreement reached between the parties dated 11.12.2025. The Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2025 shall form part of the order passed in this revision. As a necessary consequence, the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2005 pending on the file of the IV Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, and the suit in O.S.No.230 of 2025 pending on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore and the suit in O.S.No.485 of 2025 pending on the file of the IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
