PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to call for the records pertaining to D.V.C.No.44 of 2022 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur and strike off the name of the petitioners on the ground of abuse of process of law by allowing the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The Civil Revision petition is filed challenging the complaint preferred by the first respondent under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act.

2.The petitioners are in-laws of the first respondent and the relatives of the second respondent / husband.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is no specific allegation in the complaint preferred by the first respondent against the petitioners and therefore the Magistrate ought not have issued process against the petitioners.
