Respondents in both cases WP No. 75 of 2026 Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to grant permission to fill up the sanctioned post of Watchman by considering the proposal dated 25.09.2025 as per the staff fixation and consequently approve the same to the petitioner school.

Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to grant permission to fill up the sanctioned post of Drawing Teacher by considering the proposal dated 25.09.2025 as per the staff fixation and consequently approve the same to the petitioner school.

In both cases For Petitioner: Mr.R.S.Anandan For Respondents: Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed for a Mandamus, directing the third respondent to grant permission to fill up the sanctioned post of Watchman and Drawing Teacher by considering the proposal dated 25.09.2025 as per the staff fixation and consequently approve the same to the petitioner school.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit and the other material records of the case, the case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an aided school and there is a sanctioned post of watchman as well as drawing teacher and a proposal dated 25.09.2025 has been made by the school for filling up the said sanctioned vacancies. There is no positive response from the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. These writ petitions are disposed of at the admission stage with the following order that is passed:

Since the petitioner school has made a proposal dated 25.09.2025, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and orders be passed on merits as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

4. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No Costs.
