ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.09.2025 made in W.P.No.35468 of 2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order dated

15.09.2025 made in W.P.No.35468 of 2025 has since been complied with.

3. A detailed order dated 02.12.2025 has been passed, and a copy thereof has also been produced before this Court and furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, since the order has been complied with, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.12.2025, if she is aggrieved by the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
