ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police, Thirumurugan Poondi Police Station, Tirupur City, to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 28.02.2024 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, in S.T.C.No.97 of

2021, against the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, has already issued a non bailable warrant against the first respondent. However, the second respondent failed to execute the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that a copy of the warrant has not been received till date. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to produce the non bailable warrant issued against the first respondent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, to the second respondent, within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to execute the non- bailable warrant issued against the first respondent in S.T.C.No.97 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the warrant by the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
