ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet to implead her as one of the party respondent in the domestic violence case filed by the first respondent against the other respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even before filing of the complaint by the first respondent, the petitioner purchased property from third respondent. Therefore, she is a necessary party to the proceedings. It is seen from the typed set of papers that after perusing the complaint, the learned Magistrate issued process only against respondents 2 to 4 on the ground that the petitioner had no domestic relationship with the first respondent/ complainant. 3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, she has to challenge the same in accordance with the law or file an application before the learned Magistrate. She is not entitled to come before this Court by invoking supervisory power seeking direction. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by Magistrate issuing process only against respondents 2 to 4 or to approach the learned Magistrate seeking appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
