2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University would produce an order dated 06.01.2026, by which it is submitted that the petitioner / Institution is entitled to affiliation, however an order is passed granting provisional affiliation, because of the fact that the approval of the syndicate is pending and as and when the appropriate meeting takes place regular affiliation will be granted. It is also further submitted that there is a mistake in the order with reference to the academic year instead of mentioning it as 2024 – 2025 to 2026 - 2027 it is wrongly mentioned as 2025 – 2026 to 2027 – 2028.
