The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of his application seeking building plan approval dated 08.10.2021.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the building plan approval has been granted on 15.09.2023 and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
