The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from disconnecting the water service connection to the residential house of the writ petitioner.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that water service connection has not been disconnected and they have no proposal to disconnect the water service connection.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
