ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to prohibit the fourth respondent from preventing the petitioner sangam and its members to use the shops out of the 48 shops available in the integrated Fish Market, Kalanivasal, Karaikudi.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the lease period has expired and therefore nothing survives to be adjudicated.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
