O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents from anyway laying sewage water channel into the petitioner's patta land comprising in Old Survey No.20/1A1A1, New Survey No.20/47 situated in Ward No.18, Pallivasal Street, T. Vadipatti Town Panchayat, Madurai District and consequently direct the respondents to remove the sewage water discharged and stagnated into the petitioner's patta land by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.05.2023 and 07.06.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

It is the case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent is taking steps to lay a sewage pipe line on the patta land of the petitioner in Old Survey No.20/1A1A1, New Survey No.20/47 in Ward No.18, Pallivasal Street, T.Vadipatti Town Panchayat, Madurai District. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner made representations to the respondents on 06.05.2023 and 07.06.2023. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 06.05.2023 and 07.06.2023 would be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.05.2023 and 07.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due notice to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
