2. The petitioner herein was employed as Assistant Secretary in TC-26, Kurumbur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society. She was placed under suspension. Seeking payment of subsistence allowance, the writ petition was filed. The writ petition was allowed by me vide order dated 27.06.2023.
