This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records, pertaining to the case in Crime no.20 of 2024 on the file of the

1^st Respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur by way of e-filing in No.LTN202200017882C202500024.

Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
