Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 28.02.2019 in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.263/2019/A1 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

2.An order of suspension passed by the Joint Commissioner, HR&CE, Trichy suspending the hereditary trustee is under challenge. The petitioner is permitted to file a revision petition challenging the same. If it is filed within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained by the Commissioner, HR&CE without reference to limitation. Since the Commissioner, HR&CE has already initiated suo motu proceedings in respect of the order passed by the Joint Commissioner declaring the office of the petition mentioned temple of the hereditary trustees, this revision petition to be filed by the petitioner herein will be taken up along with the suo motu revision petition and disposed of by a common order. We reiterate that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
