Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew and transfer the License No.29/2012 of M/s.Rajeshwari Saw Mill from the name of the petitioner's father Ayyavu Asari to her name Rajeshwari by considering the Settlement Deed No. 651/2019, dated
14.05.2019 and her representation dated 12.12.2024.

Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks renewal and transfer of the petition mentioned saw mill license. The petitioner has given representation dated 12.12.2024 before the respondent.
3.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
