Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to finalize the Disciplinary Proceedings initiated against the petitioner pending before the 10th Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in D.C.C.No.174 of 2025 without transferring it to the 1st respondent herein and in the event of the case transferred to the 1st respondent under Section 36-B of the Advocates Act, 1961, the 1st respondent may be directed to forthwith return and restore the said proceedings to the 2nd respondent herein.
