ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and

2nd respondents to direct the 3rd respondent to issue Transfer Certificate of the Petitioner's sons namely Shobankumar and Vijayakumar 12th and 10th standard certificates respectively by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that if the petitioner would approach the 3rd respondent school and tender the fees, the certificates will be handed over.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is directed to tender the fees to the 3rd respondent school. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent school is directed to issue the Transfer Certificate to the petitioner's sons namely Shobankumar and Vijayakumar within a period of one (1) week from the date of payment made by the petitioner. No costs.
